Szikszó, May 8, 2019, The HELL company group’s ultramodern production processes have just received another prestigious honor; this time, it was HELL’s bottling plant and drink can factory, QUALITY PACK Zrt, that were the joint recipients of the award for the Most Efficient Production Support category at the Factory of the Year Awards gala held at LARUS Event Center last Friday.
The Winners of the annual Factory of the Year award, organized by the magazine GyártásTrend (Manufacturing Trend) were announced for the fourth time this year at a gala event and dinner. Hopefuls could enter in 9 different categories, of which the HELL company group won the award for Most Efficient Production Support. In order to receive this honor, factories had to meet quite complex requirements, an integrated company management system, financial, IT and HR support process were examined along the ratio of full-time employment, labor costs as well as digital support interfaces.
After applications were handed in a committee of experts evaluated the entrants and then notified the factories who had passed the first round, this was followed by an active preparation period and an audit including a visit to the factories finished off the process. After this, factories were notified about which categories they were shortlisted in, that is, which awards they were being considered for. The results of the 6-month long competition were announced on May 3, at an event where only potential winners were present. HELL and QUALITY PACK achieved high honors as factories by winning in the Most Efficient Production Support category.
“Thanks to our investments of the past years we were able to create something truly unique in this sector. We are currently the only beverage manufacturing company in Hungary who can carry out the full spectrum of production completely independently. QUALITY PACK Zrt. manufactures the aluminum cans necessary for packaging the energy and soft drinks, which are then filled at a speed almost incomprehensible to the human eye at the ultramodern HELL bottling line. Meanwhile, the ingredients and the finished products make their way across the bridge between the two factories thanks to the precis- as-clockwork company management software and finally the finished product is stored in an automatic high bay warehouse capable of housing 31.000 pallets. The award we have won is the crowning moment of this automated process, as this is an excellent achievement not only at home but on a European level as well, said Barnabás Csereklye,” the CEO of HELL ENERGY Magyarország Kft.
