In 2024, Quality Pack reached a significant milestone with the inauguration of a new factory unit within the renowned HELL factory complex in Szikszó, Hungary. This expansion means, that this is the world’s largest state-of-the-art megafactory, by a same-owned corporate group, manufacturing and filling aluminium beverage cans at one location. Thanks to the increased production capacity, the factory can produce up to 4 billion beverage cans and 6 billion pieces of filled finished products per year including both 250 ml and 500 ml sizes.

The expanded HELL factory now covers an impressive 77.11 hectares (771,100 square meters), reflecting a leap forward in production capacity. The factory can move up to 31 million aluminum cans per day, with 13 million manufactured and 18 million filled. Additionally, the new unit has enabled the production of 500 ml aluminum cans, expanding the packaging range and meeting growing market demands.

At the grand opening event on 24 May 2024, the leadership emphasized that this development not only marks a new chapter for the HELL factory but also showcases one of the most advanced and efficient production models in the beverage industry. The integration of both manufacturing and filling processes in one location ensures high levels of competitiveness and sustainability.
